Products of the Week
We hope that you all are enjoying your summer! We have been working the markets in our area spreading the word about Bubble Babez! I haven't had as much time as I would like to dedicate to focus on our blog and also our other media outlets. I think its time that we get an intern lol. We just hired our first employee and its a friend of mine's daughter her name is Brittney. She helps label and makes our hand tags for right now. Its her first summer job and she is doing excellent work! :)
Ok so I have been on Facebook keeping our fan page updated and I suggested that we do a Product of the week, where we give a discount on the product giving everyone a chance to try different things.
This week's product is one of my favorites! It is our Whipped Body Mousse! It will 15% off til 7/21/2011.
I love this product because it keeps me moisturized all day, I can use it right after the shower while my skin is still damp and I am baby soft all day long, its all natural, and I am now a nice rich red clay color LOL. I usually just put it on all over face, hair and body and didnt think about tanning! Let me tell you it tanned me so fast lol and I am already tan LOL. One of our customers at the market said I love this stuff I tanned and didnt turn red! :)

Some Products are on Hiatus.
Everyone has been waiting for summertime to arrive and now it is here! Its a wonderful time of the year but it is also a time when we have to put our products that melts easily away until the cooler weather comes back. Some of our best sellers have been put on the shelf for a while. Such as our Bath Truffles, Whipped Body Mousse, Select Bath Cocktails, Kremey Bubbles and Kitty Katnip. We will still sell the lotion bars because they come in a tin and if it should happen to melt you can put it in the refrigerator to harden and its as good as new.
We will still make the products available to anyone that wants to purchase them. Please send us an email at: bubblebabezco@gmail.com and we will ship it out to but at your own risk.
There are new items added to website and that includes our new cold process soaps, popsicle soaps and coming soon our new massage candles. We introduced our massage candles during our market visits and we are getting a really good response from them. They are selling out like hot cakes so we want to share them with all you. Our massage candles are all natural and VEGAN. We have a great selection of them and our best seller at the market is our Georgia Peach and Chocolate.
Also, I wanted to let you know many of you are shopping but you could be taking advantange of our refer a friend and win a chance to have a $150 Shopping spree at Bubble Babez. The people that you refer will receive 15% off their purchase of $25 or more using the code Family&Friends. Please click here for more info
I will be posting another blog post soon, I decided to blog at 1 am and I am exhausted lol. I just wanted to let you know what was going on with us at Bubble Babez.

Selling Bath & Body Products in Summer at Markets

Hey Guys,
I know this is not one of my regular blogs, but hey, what is one of my regular blogs lol. I need to get better at this lol, Im seriously working on it lol. Ok so summer is just about here and we have been doing quite a few markets and shows. We have been traveling all over the place from Pennsylvania to Jersey to NY kinda like we've been on tour lol. We have had lots of fun doing them and learning, this is our first real time going out and doing the outdoor markets. I was looking around all over the place for articles, blogs or YouTube vids on tips on how to display your products in summer conditions. Unfortunately I have found none, I have seen people set up and other things but none related to how the products reacted in the heat.
Ok, so when we first started it was back in February sometime and we did some indoor markets which were great because we were in a cool environment. Spring has sprung so we began to do the outdoor markets, when we had cool days with a breeze our products were fine, but when the sun and heat got to us oh boy! This weekend we did a big market in Brooklyn, NY called BAM while it was an awesome event our products just could not stand up to the heat and sun. It seemed like it was the hottest day EVER! Sweat was literally pouring down our faces. We were under a tent but the heat and humidity still caught us. Our bath bomb cupcakes were getting soft, our Whipped Body Mousse melted and was bubbling (yes bubbling! LOL), Our soaps were melting on our display. We tried our best to rotate out products and we always put 2 up on display and have the rest of the products under the tables. But we noticed that everything was melting and quickly. We put our products that could melt in a cooler with ice, and that worked but we had to consider our customers who were going to walk around in the heat it was still going to melt or soften! Needless to say that we lost money on our products being destroyed because of the elements. Some where able to be salvaged but most were just destroyed.
Ultimately, we put our "meltable" products away until the sun went down and thats when it got cooler. We put them out again and we were selling like hot cakes but we could have all along if our products did not deteriorate with the climate conditions.
So here are my tips for selling in the summer time:
-Do not sell shea butter products because they melt fast. (Our Whipped Body Mousse is one of our big sellers at the market but when people seen them all melted it turned them off! We had the fresh ones under the table and said this is what they look like when they are fresh lol!)Maybe sell it in a liquid form because in the heat it will definitely melt!
-If you sell any oils make sure to keep them in dark bottles because the sunlight will help your oils go rancid quickly. If you are selling after shower oils, massage oils and they are in a clear or frosted plastic keep them in the shade, and if someone purchases it have black or dark bags to place them in.
-If you sell Melt & Pour Soap and it gets really hot, keep in mind that the soap has been melted down to use and if it gets hot enough it will get soft and melt. My mom came up with a really good suggestion on how to keep your products protected, she said make a color copy of what the actual soap looks like glue it to styrofoam, put that on the display so that people can see the product but it is not exposed to the elements. Keep your soap in a cool area and when people want a product you just get one from under the table.
-If you make Cold Process Soap make sure if your doing outdoor markets you use a recipe that can hold up in the warm conditions. The softer bars of soap only get softer when its extremely hot and the sun is beaming on it.
-If you sell Bath Bomb Cupcakes, they will definitely give in to the humidity and start reacting. A friend of ours on Twitter had the same problem selling at the markets and suggested selling the bath bombs in powder form instead of the cupcakes or spheres. Even though it makes your display look really nice, there is nothing nice about a dripping soft cupcake.
-Bath Truffles are just off of our menu for the summer, we will still mail them out with a message do not leave package in the sunlight. But they are not going to be at the markets unless we have a cool day or until the end of September!
-Displays-We have a wooden display that Tristan built, we painted it black and it got really hot and literally cooked the soaps. So if you have a wooden display keep it unfinished. Im not sure but I think the black paint aided in "cooking" our soaps.
Things that I think are ok to sell at the market in hot summer months:
Body wash, Body/Massage Oils (only in dark bottles or in shade), Body Splash, Moisturizing body mist, Sugar Scrubs (ours held up unbelievably well in the heat), Lotions, Mud Masks, Bath Salts.
Ideas for great products in the summer:
Cooling soaps and lotions
Bug Repellant
Pedicure sets
Things for tanning and products with sunscreen
If you want to be sure of what products can hold up in the elements try putting them outside on a table in the sun and see how well it holds up. If it holds up well then you know you can work with it at the market, it not then you need to be prepared and work out a solution. We are going to try lining our boxes we store our products in with the reflective pad things you put in your windshield to block out the sun and heat and see if that works (another suggestion from my fabulous mother who should have a bargain diy show but I digress lol). I will keep you posted on how well that works for us. Nothing is worst then having a beautiful display and your products spoil and you have a loss for the day and people dont see the beauty or purpose in your products. So preparedness is one of the best things for a soaper! I hope that you have enjoyed this post.
Happy Soaping,
Nik

So long ago!
Wth we have been up too??
Since spring has sprung its market time, so we have been traveling around and doing quite a few markets. We have also been blessed to be a vendor at David's Bridal so we have been getting things ready for that as well.
I have also made my first batch of Cold Process soap and I will be adding them to our menu soon! I have been converted, after all the research I have done it seemed like it was going to be a piece of cake because in my head I knew what I was doing lol. I had made a video and put it up on YouTube
I am working on a recipe that I think you all will love they are all natural and vegan! Yes I am making the switch lol. I am still learning how to make them in cakes but I definately know how to pipe my soap on the top from all the practice with the bath bomb cupcakes. So be on the look out for them. :)
We have also added new products to our menu, Our new campaign is Happy Hour Bath Cocktails. Our bath cocktails are a blend of bath salts for relaxation and detoxification. It would be great to share with someone or just to soak alone :) Some of them have a whipped cocoa butter frosting that you can allow to dissolve with the bath salts to make a moisturizing soak or you can detach the frosting and use the cocoa butter whip as a lotion bar after the bath.
Our Cocktails are:

For a limited time with any purchase at Bubble Babez you will receive one mini bath salt cocktail.
I hope all is well and I will definitely get better with blogging lol.

Everytime!

Everytime I say I am going to keep up with the blog, life gets in the way and I just forget. Well I wanted to apologize for that. Also, I want to address the topic about winning prizes. I think that should be in another post. As a matter of fact I am going to address it now this will just be a longer post lol.
PRIZES:
If you won a prize from Bubble Babez via Twitter,YT, FB or Blog. It takes 2-4 weeks to ship out the prizes, if we are busy due to holiday or a sale then it may take up to 4-6 weeks. All items are handmade and made in small batches to ensure freshness. We have had a few situations where we were blasted on Twitter for not sending out prizes as swiftly as they thought the prizes should have been sent out. So because of that we are no longer offering contests on Twitter. We do apologize to all of our followers.
On another note, good things are happening and starting for us. Lets start off with our new website, I am so excited about the new site. With the old site when the site had a lot of traffic, it would give error messages. So we went with a bigger company and hopefully fingers crossed it will be better.
I have been working for almost 2 weeks trying to get the site up. I hope you guys like it! We have so many new products for you to try. We have quite a few new soaps that I love. My favorite product at this moment is the Whipped Body Mousse & Escandalo soap. The Whipped Body Mousse melts in your hands right before your eyes. All natural, no preservatives or chemicals! I use it directly out of the shower while my skin is still wet and it blends in so well. You would think since your skin is wet and applying body creme it would just move around on your wet skin or leave you a white film on your skin but it doesnt. I am very proud of this product and I cant say enough about it. I do have to warn people that do not like "greasy" products at first when you apply it, it is a little greasy. But it absorbs into your skin within minutes and it leaves your skin feeling baby soft and moisturized all day! My favorite scent at this moment is La Juicy by Dana LaJeunesse it smells like Vanilla frosting.

Ok so Escandalo when I recieved the Fragrance Oil, I was smelling the bottle like OMG this smells amazing! It smelled familiar but I couldnt quite place it. When I soaped with it I was like "O my this is so freaking good" lol. I had to get me a slice so I keep smelling it. Yes it was my own slice lol I wouldnt sniff the ones to sell that would be gross lol. Not to mention unsanitary lol. I was on Facebook one day and I had to tell my supplier all about this fragrance and how much I loved it. So a fellow soaper Natures Art who is very awesome said she had used it as well and loved it. She then told me what it was the dupe for and then I was like "AHHHHA thats what it is!" LOL. The scent smells like Caress! Thats my old all time favorite soap! When I let Tristan know about it, she was like oh yea but wasnt as excited about it as I was lol. So, while shopping in Walmart, I picked up a bar of Caress and I was like "Look babe, Smell it!" lol and she said which is a compliment to my supplier "O I smell it, it smells good but ours smell BETTER!" lol. I must admit it does lol.

We also added a few new soap cakes for our Bakery Section in The Soap Bar. We are working on building The Candy Section up:

Key Lime Pie

Sugar Cookie Brulee

Peaches & Cream
Last but not least in the bakery section is my oldest sons favorite cake! The Lemon Coconut cake. Smells just like it, very yummy. The top is finished with whipped soap, coconut and glitter!

We also have a tropical soap called A Trip To Paradise. Smells like Pineapple Orchid. It really does remind you of an island getaway.

I also about to venture into making cold process soaps. I wanted to work on that this weekend but I the website took my whole weekend lol. It looks like I could be done by today, so fingers crossed that I will be :)
Love you guys so much,
Nik

Blog Sale Soon!
I hope all is well. While in the shower today (thats where I clear my head and have the best ideas) I thought it would be fun to have a blog sale. One of my friends Dana Lajeunesse had one a while back and on Twitter I see people doing it all the time. I wanted to do an exclusive preview of all of our new products that are not yet on the site. They will not make their way to the website until about 2 weeks from now.
We will also be changing our server to one that can handle more volume. When too many people are shopping on the site the shopping cart disappears or people get error messages. That will take place sometime next week, so we will be closing up shop for a couple of days next week until we get all the information transferred over. We will be doing an online launch to our new home.
Also, I will be looking for more green alternatives to our packaging. I was watching this movie called Tapped, you should really check it out. It had me thinking that we have all a role in preserving the planet and part of that is eliminating plastic waste that is showing up in our fish and also the chemicals that are lacing the containers. So even when we are thinking we are making good healthy decisions they is always something else. We are now recycling in our home, and being more cautious with our purchases. We never thought twice about where it was going and we will now make more conscious decisions. We are also thinking that maybe we can do a buy back program at Bubble Babez of plastic containers. I am definately going to get more proactive on matters like this. We are all responsible for making this Earth safe for our children and our children's children.
Be blessed,
Nik

AGES!
Well, whats new at Bubble Babez Bath Company? Plenty! We have finally come out with our bath sets dedicated to my friends since the holiday is about LOVE! LOL I will come back with a post to show all the pics :)
We are introducing shower gels, whipped body mousse, whipped sugar scrubs & body splashs. My aunt Diana ( I call her Dee Dee) has been on me since we opened the company to do shower gels. She would tell me "I did a poll when I was out and asked how many people are bath people and how many are shower people?", I would always laugh it off and say its coming, its coming. She would drop such subtle hints like, give me shower gels to look at their ingredients, send me empty shower gel containers in the mail and bring me empty containers from the trial shower gel I was attempting lol. So its safe to say she finally got her way lol. The shower gels are paraben and sulfate free! I have really been thinking of ways to go more green and I will be making changes throughout the year.
I have watched this movie Tapped about the water that we get for free, that we pay for and where all of the plastics end up. I am thinking of a send back program or something like that to recycle. The plastic pellets are ending up in the fish we eat everywhere. So I think we need to make more conscience decisions about recycling and keeping the planet going for the generations that come after us. If we keep things up this way we wont have one. So I definately want to do my part.
If you have any "green" suggestions for me I am interested and would love to hear what you have to say.
I am working on something big for expectant mothers and I am super excited about it. I think you all will love what I come up or at least I hope you will :) One of my friends on Twitter has been asking me for months, when I was coming out with a baby line. I am ready now and I will be incorporating my sewing chops as well. I always have to sew something lol.
I am on my way out to the store to get baskets for the Valentine's Day Collections if you have not checked them out yet http://bubblebabez.com/store/WsDefault.asp?Cat=ValentinesDay&Sub=71&isThumbs=Yes&Thumbs=200
There is something there for everybody!
Well I hope you all have a blessed and productive day!

So Tired! but Good Tired!
Our set up @ the market!I also tried my hand at whipped shea butter. I think I am not going to release it for a while to make sure I iron out all the kinks. Its all natural, no preservatives! It made my skin feel amazing its an alternative to the lotion bars that I LOVE lol. The whipped shea butter melts in your hands when you rub them together LITERALLY! It makes application so much easier and smoother. When your skin absorbs it, u feel silky smooth! I am still feeling all over my arms and they feel amazing!
We have also been at the market selling our products! This was our first full weekend, Tristan's been working at the market and I have been home developing products for the Holiday line and replenishing the products sold :) We have another market to do for staff at a company on Monday. Im excited about it :)
Orders are taking 3-7 days for processing and shipping but we promise it will all be worth the wait. We thank you all for your support and love it means alot to us. We are growing and its just exciting and stressful at the same time. My goal is to be on Oprah! :)and to be a household name!
Thats all for now! I will be back probably tomorrow night and letting you guys know how the market went. Also, I am up all night putting up my Holiday Sets on the website and Artfire!
Til later,

Halloween is here!
Good Morning Guys,
This Blog and getting me on track has really been a work in progress! LOL. I am so late on updates and new products. Yes, I am always saying I have to get better and work on getting myself on a schedule, *fingers crossed* that I can stick to it this time.
I am putting myself on a real schedule so that I may have updates on time, and normalcy in my life. It's that time of year when it starts getting colder and the leaves are falling. I love Fall! I love to watch the leaves change colors. In PA Fall is so beautiful just rows of trees, with beautifully colored leaves its inspiring to create. Besides all the wonderful scents and colors that come with Fall, Halloween is approaching and thats one of Tristan's Favorite holidays.
We have our Halloween/Fall products out now and I must say I love each and every item. I was never a fan of Pumpkin Spice or Pumpkin Spice Latte but I am now. It smells so delicious! We have this awesome Pumpkin Spice Latte Bath Set. It includes a Pumpkin Spice Latte goats milk soap, Pumpkin Spice sugar scrub and bath truffles.

Bath Truffles:
Bath Truffles are the perfect addition to your bath time regimine. This is the time of the year when your skin gets extremely dry due to the cold weather. Just drop one or two into the bath and this moisture rich bath truffle gently fizzes and releases cocoa butter that will soften your skin. Its a great decadent bath time treat.
Halloween Sets are in the perfect trick or treat bags for your little one:

Keepin' up!
I so suck with keeping up with my blog posts. I know I said last time that I have to do better and I haven't blogged in a few weeks. So since the last blog lots of things has happened. My nephew is 5 months old today and just as precious as he wants to be lol.
I have been saying for quite a while that I want to get the organic/vegan friendly line going and I am off to a good start. All summer-long Tristan has been requesting a facial soap for oily skin that would be cooling and refreshing to her skin. I have tried a couple of attempts and was unsuccessful. While the soap was good, it just didn't have the effect that she was looking for. I am happy to say that I have FINALLY perfected the recipe! YAY Tristan loves the soap! I have tried the soap myself and although it was created to control oily skin (I have pretty dry skin) I used the soap and it did not dry my skin out at all. My skin oddly still felt moisturized without moisturizer! This shea butter soap is vegan friendly and would be a great addition to your makeup routine, to help combat oily skin. It also keeps your skin cool and refreshed while your applying your makeup, avoiding the hot sweating process that ruins your makeup application lol.

The soap will be on the site definately this week.
We also have a huge collection coming up that I am super excited about as well as a contest to go with it. I think it will be something in it for everyone and it will be just in time for the holidays. Great stocking stuffers and unique gift ideas!!!
We are also venturing off and broadening our horizons by doing Craft Fairs and Shows, we will also be opening up a lil Etsy shop. I will keep you updated on here, Youtube and Twitter. I have so much more to tell you but Gianni is getting very cranky and does not want to sit at the computer anymore lol.
So til next time, Have a Bubbly Day

I have to do better!

Hey Guys,
Ok this is my second attempt at typing this blog lol. I tried adding pix and a vid and then the whole thing got a little screwy. I titled this blog "I have to do better!" because I should at least post up a blog once a week lol. So let me fill you in on the weeks that you missed lol. About 2 weeks ago we had a Bubble Babez Launch Bbq for our family and friends. Everyone showed up with the exception of a few folks which I could understand because it was on a Sunday. My fam & friends all drove over 2hrs to share the moment with us and I couldnt be more thankful to have them as a support system. I love yall!
Ok lets see what else we missed lol. Lets get to the new products that I am extremely happy to share with you all. I have been in the lab working on a great recipe for bath cupcakes and I am proud to say that I have finally hit success! The cupcakes smells delicious and look good enough to eat but they are not edible lol. You just drop one of the delightful confectionary treats in the bath tub and experience a delicious fragrant bath with out the calories. So you dont have to worry about the saying "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!"
I have also worked on French Macarons not to be confused with Macaroons lol. I thought this french dessert was so cute that it had to be a bath product and so I thought for a while and came up with a French Macaron Bath Bomb.
Sorry guys! I would have love to put them here but its just not working lol.
Love Ya,
Nik

New Products & Updates
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Yesterday I realized hey I am not keeping up with my blog lol. So me and my nephew Gianni are here to give you the update on Bubble Babez Bath Co LLC., Can you believe he is already 3months! He is getting so big! I love watching him grow. Well I definitely want to thank you all for your love and support. We have had so many orders this weekend and I am so honored that we have repeat customers. Also, that you all believe in us and the products we make.
We have added new products to the line for children. So your children can enjoy the Bubble Babez experience as well! First, we have the Silly Bandz coconut milk soap; Its a longer lasting bar because kids will try to wash until they get the Silly Bandz out. Silly Bandz are all the rage this year my sons were trading them and their wrists were full of them. I didn't understand what was so fascinating about these rubber shaped bracelets. But after a while I even became addicted, not wearing them but just checking out all the kinds that they had!
The Silly Bandz soap comes in 4 fun kid scents: Blue Slushie, Caramel Apple, Dreamsicle and Root Beer Float.

We have also added girl bath sets for your little princess. They are the perfect gift sets or a just a pamper me set for a little lady. I added all the elements that I thought would be whimsical and cute. The first bath set we created is the Girls Best Friend. Every little girl loves bling and the more it sparkles the better. This set includes a gleaming fruit scented gemstone soap, a rich creamy body frosting and a twinkling fizzy bath bomb! Each gemstone has a different fruity scent the scents are:
-Amethyst (Purple):Grape Soda
-Diamond (Silver):Fresh Pear
-Ruby (Red): Cherry Lime Aid
-Sapphire (Blue): Pineapple
-Turquoise: Apricot
All of the scents smells so delicious! My favorite are Grape Soda and Apricot! All of them smell insanely good but I am smitten with those two lol.

OMG! I was especially excited about this set it smells soooo scrumptious! My favorite cereal to eat when I was a little girl was Fruity Pebbles. I would eat huge bowls full while watching my Saturday Morning Cartoons. It was very nostalgic for me and I wanted to share that experience with you all. The soap was designed to look like Fruity Pebbles floating in milk. It has a rich moisturizing lather that is great for children with dry skin! It also has a decadent milk bath loaded with soothing buttermilk, goats milk, and honey powder in a charming milk container. It has little sugar confetti dots in the milk bath for added fun! The thick rich body creme smells just as delightful and is the perfect finish to this ultra moisturizing set. Its is a unisex bath set and is great for children with dry skin and eczema.

The Icing on the cake is just the cutest little set ever! We will be adding different cake scents to this collection. I am in love with all aspects of a cupcake, I get excited at the cupcake possibilities lol. Not only do I love making soap but I love baking and one of my favorite things to bake are cupcakes! So it was only right that we create a cupcake soap that smells and looks good enough to eat, but is only best to bathe in lol. The scent that we have available is Honey Chile (its not chili lol, its chile like child the way southerners say it LOL!) It smells like a maraschino cherry. It also includes the Fizzy Lifting Bath Powder that you sprinkle into your tub for an effervescent colorful bath time. You top it all off with our wonderfully rich body frosting that will keep your skin as smooth as a baby's bottom! :)

We are close to our 300 mark on our Twitter contest we will be ending the contest today and one lucky winner will receive a gift basket loaded with goodies.
Please check in often to our blog we will be having an amazing Blog Sale that will only be available if you read our blog!
Thank you all for your love and support,
Nikkie

Mens Line is here!
I hope everyone is doing well. As for me I am hanging in there lol. We have been extremely busy trying to get the men's line out for you guys. We had alot of requests for mens soap and so it as finally arrived. I will continue to add new products for the mens line and I am super excited about it. The men's soap is shaped like a massage bar and it is a bigger size for bigger hands LOL. They smell fantastic! I love each and every one of them. I will be adding matching products to the line to maintain scent on men all day long. I had been asking around about sugar scrubs for men, I have gotten an overwhelming YES! I was thinking hmmm maybe I should formulate them with salt instead because men would think sugar was too sweet lol. Not so much, its a 3 in 1 body product that exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize at the same time. I hope you enjoy the mens line!

Hey Sexy Shaving Soap-Hey sexy was inspired by the fragrance by Sean Jean called I am King. This smells so awesome I love it!

Sandalwood-Smelling like a very clean scent it is also topped with salt to detoxify and gently exfoliate. This is not the Vanilla Sandalwood that Alondra was talking about :)

So Fresh & So Clean-Is inspired by the fragrance CK One by Calvin Klein! My makeup sis Kathy CEO of B. Slap Cosmetics told me this was her favorite scent and its one of mine as well. The name says it all as it does smell fresh and the soap will make you clean lol. We also have a sugar scrub in this scent as well.

Hey Sexy-I love the shapes of these soaps you can get the full massage treatment if you take a partner to clean with you. The bar massages and cleans your body. The lather is so rich and moisturizing. We also have a sugar scrub in this scent as well.
I have a lot of requests for scents and I will be adding them all! :)
Love ya,
Nik

We are back!
I have finally gotten into my new home and for the most part we are all settled in. We were having a problem with Verizon and they put a damper on opening June 10. It was so much drama with us getting the internet but, thats country life for you. Everything moves much slower and it seemed like no one had information about our modem. Then we had to drive an hour out of the way to pick it up. Yes we went to pick it up! LOL because UPS was "scheduled" to deliver it on the 22nd! They said that the driver didnt know how to get to the address. Can u imagine that? I had to call and complain and let them know the UPS guy already delivered to my house that day. Oh it was a big old mess but the most important thing is that we have our internet service now and we are good to go!
Thank you guys so much for being patient with us. People were ordering when the store was closed knowing that they would get there products after the 10th! You guys are really the best I am really thankful for your support.
We are introducing a men's line of products that will include shaving soap, bath soap, sugar scrubs and lotion bars. I am very excited to launch the men's line because men love to pamper themselves too. So that will be up pretty soon I am still playing around with the recipes to make sure that the products are high quality and something that people would enjoy.
The vegan friendly line is also something that we will be introducing shortly as well. The vegan friendly line will be all natural products so no artificial coloring, no synthetic fragrances and will be adorned with herbs and petals.
Our hot sellers so far are the sugar scrubs, we can not keep enough of these in stock! LOL but I am not complaining at all lol. We make the sugar scrubs in small batches to maintain freshness upon sending to our customers. We are adding 2 more sugar scrubs on the site this week, Mommagee's Love Potion & Dana's Almond Joy. Other hot items are The Land of Milk and Honey, Bubble Yum Fun, Oatmeal & Honey, Watermelon Jolly Rancher soaps. The cupcakes are moving so quickly as well! The cupcakes are great for a child's bath & a relaxing foot soak.
I will be doing a series of vids and posts letting you guys know the other uses for the bath products.
Now that we are back in action I will keep you posted! :) Please go to our customer feedback section on here and let us know if you like or dislike the products, how was customer service, whats your favorite product etc.,
Once again I want to thank you all for your support and patience! :)

I am trying to keep up with the blog so I can keep you all informed of what is going on with Bubble Babez Bath Company LLC. I am extremely grateful to everyone that has purchased and supported us. Orders are pouring in and I can not believe how many we have recieved so far. I expected it to pick up but not as fast as it did and we are still in the first month of operation. We have return customers and rave reviews. I am so glad that I can share something that I love with all of you guys. So I just want to let you know that I am not taking one moment of this for granted and I will continue to give you quality products from our family to yours.
The update for the month is that we will be shutting down operation for about 2 weeks. We will be relocating to Pennsylvania and once settled we will be up and running. The last orders will be accepted and filled Friday May 28, 2010 we will be back June 10, 2010. We will continue to keep the site and blog updated.
When we return you can expect to see plenty of new products. We will be introducing a few new sugar scrubs with our new formulation. Two in particular will be Dana's Almond Joy & Mommagee's Love Potion. Dana's Almond Joy is made with brown sugars and olive oil. Anyone that knows Dana (http://www.youtube.com/user/danalajeunesse?blend=2&ob=1) know s that she is all about olive oil and sugary things :) this sweet, exfoliating scrub is a wonderful delight. We will also have Mommagee's Love Potionhttp://www.youtube.com/user/angeec03?blend=1&ob=4 which is a spin off of the Victoria's Secret Love Spell. She has designed the soap and I think you will find it cute and girly and it definately smells delicious.
As we know Fathers Day is coming up and we will have some products for men. I will be making shaving soaps, sugar scrubs and lotion bars. I got the idea of the shaving soap from my sister in makeup Alonda (http://www.youtube.com/user/MzMaKeUpArTizT) she caught her hubby in the bathroom using her Pretty in Pink soap! She asked him what he was doing with her soap and her was like this is a great shaving soap. So that is how the idea was born. :)
We also have a Facebook Fanpage thanks to my wonderful beautiful sister Dana for setting it up and keeping it updated. I love ya girl. So if you have not joined come on over :)

So until next time!
Have a bubbly day! :)

Welcome

I just want to take this time out to say welcome to my blog. Also I have never been a blogger but everyone has always made it seem like so much fun so I wanted to get in on the action. Especially since I have started the soap company, I figured this would be a wonderful way to keep you all informed of what goes on with and behind the scenes at Bubble Babez Bath Company LLC.
I am so thankful to have such great friends to help me kick off the launch for the website. I want to say my thank you's to everyone. First and foremost my fiance Tristan, without her I dont know what I would be doing now lol! We have been up for days trying to make sure the website was ready and the photos were good. She has been packaging and labeling non-stop(because thats her job! LOL) so that we could meet our deadline. No sleep and two women makes a very cranky, non cooperative duo! but we have managed to work through it and work it out. I want to thank Danalajeunesse my sis in makeup she helped me organize the whole event and lightened the load for me when I thought I was superwoman lol. Ryan @ http://rmdesignznow.com/ for the amazing work you have done for me and my company. He is the one that created the logo for us and also my flyers. I love him and his work is outstanding. I mean he created my logo in about a half an hour! And I was in the love with it from the moment I saw it. My Bitchslap team for being there for me and helping the launch to be a success. Thank you Deanna, Alondra, Angie and Brian (sPnation) you all mean so much to me and I love you so much. Even if I send Brian Dial soap lmfao he still loves me lol. I cant forget my friend/sis Deanna's daughters Mandy and Kaley. Mandy is the talented photographer that took the picture on the homepage of the website. Last but definitely not least my beautiful model Kaley!
I hope that I can make everyone proud and you guys love my products just as much as I did making them. I promise to try to keep up with my blog and at least write something once a week lol. Please let me know if you would like to see something in my product line that is not there. I insist on providing quality products for you and your family.
From my family to yours!
Nikkie
